Well well well, what do we have here? A few other good boys? Yes indeed. While I love photo shooting dogs, the fact is that it’s difficult to organize a full-blown photoshoot. There are so many things going on, so my solution for this, just make your work colleagues bring their dogs and when you have lunch, just go for a walk.
You win in two ways, one, you get some great photos of wonderful dogs, and second, well, you at least moved your fat ass for a short walk. In my book that’s basically like exercising, so I at least have that going. Let’s start with something big, one of THE biggest boys, SETAS.
So sometimes, sometimes, everything just clicks into places. Dogs are difficult to work with, especially when there are food and toys around, or maybe your dog is just in bad mood. I found myself in this situation with one speedy boy that could not stand still for a minute.
The best advice, lots of treat, and someone that can help you distract that bastard. But it went better than I expected, the secret probably was clear rules. Dogs are smart but not that smart, so you need to make everything you want from them extra super clear.
And it worked like magic, after 10 minutes Odinas jumped on the chair and struck a pose whenever we snapped our fingers. But remember to give lots of love and hugs for the hard work your model went through.

Wait, are there multiple dogs named Lokis in your office? Well, maybe, no, yes, probably. Yeah, I guess the name is popular, but this time, it’s one of the big boys. Actually, I don’t think this dog has an OFF button, it only has two modes – “OMG let’s go” and “I don’t particularly give a shit now”. Lokis is great for photoshoots, you just have to have a very high shutter speed.
